Planning for a successful outcome
Once our recommendations are formed, agreed to and ordered against we then need to plan and document the relevant detail for a successful implementation of such an investment. The planning phase is a multi facet approach in support of the implementation phase of our services methodology and kicks off with a design & implementation workshop, which is usually the first time you will meet your complete project team.
Pervasive will work with you to agree and document the finite technical detail, success criteria, resources and milestones prior to the implementation phase and such agreement will then be frozen. For complete peace of mind and control any subsequent changes will be agreed via the Pervasive auditable change control process.
The following project management documentation, but not limited to, will normally be completed in the planning stage;
