Implementation Phase
The implementation stage is where the physical work of rolling out the solution you have invested in begins. This is driven by the plans already documented and agreed to by all parties involved. The Pervasive Networks project manager is fully in control of all stages of the implementation to ensure all elements are delivered in accordance to the schedule.
